Check in is 3:00-11:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am. Arrangements can be made for a later check-in if necessary.
We serve a full hot breakfast Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. A continental breakfast is available Monday through Friday morning in the dining room of the main house. We also have snacks available for your enjoyment at any time.
We are a smoke free facility, however, smoking is permitted on all decks and outdoor areas.
Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Wheelchair and baggage assistance is available upon request. We offer handicapped accessible rooms.
Nature trails are maintained through the woods for your hiking pleasure.
You are welcome to bring coolers and alcohol but please no glass bottles in outdoor areas except on the decks.
Hot tubs are available ro reserve for private use at your leisure.
Possum Hollow Lake is stocked with a variety of fish for your catch and release fishing pleasure.
Paddleboats and a canoe are available for guests to use at no additional cost.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, checks, travelers checks, and cash.
Reservations are honored with a $50.00 deposit and will be applied to the cost of your stay.
Reservations cancelled prior to 72 hours of arrival will be refunded deposit , less a $15 cancellation fee, in form of original payment type.
Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours of arrival will NOT be refunded any deposit but will be given the opportunity to assign deposit to another date.
Reservations, made with deposit, that cancel on scheduled arrival date OR do not arrive ("no show") will NOT be refunded, and will be charged the amount of stay IN FULL.
There will be an additional charge for extra guests staying in our Lakefront Suites. $20 per person ages 16 & up. $10 ages 2-16. This charge is per night.
Please be aware that your Gift Card purchases are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to limit the number of gift cards used per stay. Please inquire for details upon making your reservation.
Per our policy, discounted package rates are not valid for Dream Wedding package rates. Group rates differ and are available by calling our office.
